Consultation Affecting Thornton Primary School

The proposal is to close Milton of Balgonie Primary School and to rezone the catchment areas of Coaltown of Balgonie, Pitteuchar East and Thornton Primary School. Fife Council will be engaging with all stakeholders through various methods including holding public meetings and drop in sessions.

This will be on the agenda at the next meeting of Thornton Community Council on 7th February @ 7pm in Thornton Pensioners Hut.  Please come along if you wish to discuss the proposal.  The community council is a statutory consultee on this proposal.

The consultation closes on 12th March.
