Party in the Park 2025

Once again, Thornton Community Council and Thornton Hibs are teaming up to bring you Party in the Park 2025!

Thanks to the generous funding support from the Middle Balbeggie Wind Farm, in collaboration with Foundation Scotland, we’re thrilled to host this event for the village following last year’s success.

Here’s what we’ve got planned for an action-packed afternoon:

• Tullis Russell Mills Band
• DJ Stu
• Gavin Patrick
• Inflatables
• Races
• Afternoon tea in the pensioner’s hut

In addition, you can enjoy:

• B at Mad Mac’s serving delicious hot food
• Mr Softy’s Ice Cream Van
• An array of craft stalls
• Free ice cream for children
• Free goody bags for children

We’re handling ticket distribution a bit differently this year:

• Wristbands for the party will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at the seating area beside Morrisons on Saturday 10th May, from 12 pm to 2 pm. Numbers are limited, so be sure to come early to secure yours and avoid disappointment!
• Tickets for the afternoon tea in the pensioner’s hut will also be available at the same time and location. Please note, there’s a strict limit of 50 tickets for this, so spread the word to your friends and neighbours about when and where to collect them.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
